A 3-Month Cycle Sync Journey to Understanding Your Body & Hormones
Join us for an intimate workshop series in Sheffield designed for women wanting a better understanding of their hormones and their own body.
Meeting every two weeks over three months. Together, we’ll explore how your body, mind, and cycle are deeply connected — and how you can work with them rather than against them.
What You’ll Experience
✨ Session 1 – Understanding Your Cycle
Breath reset, self-reflection, and a deep dive into how the menstrual cycle works. Includes personal stories from Lulu and Claire on navigating diagnoses and self-understanding.
✨ Session 2 – Detox & Lymphatic Care
Learn about liver detoxification, explore lymphatic drainage through massage and self-clearing, sip detox tea together, and discover everyday toxins to watch out for.
✨ Session 3 – Nutrition for your hormones
Practical food guidance for hormone health, including an introduction to seed cycling and how nutrition supports your cycle.
✨ Session 4 – Physio, Exercise & Movement
Pelvic floor exercises, yoga and femininity with Lulu, plus Claire’s story of biking, climbing, and navigating fear across different phases of the cycle.
✨ Session 5 – Pinpointing Your Needs & Acupuncture
Identify your personal challenges and explore acupuncture as a tool for hormone balance and wellbeing.
✨ Session 6 – Closing & Integration (optional final session)
Reflect on your journey, share learnings, and leave with practical next steps to continue honouring your cycle.
