Seed Cycling is when you take one tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, and one tablespoon of flax seeds in the first 14 days of your menstrual cycle, followed by one tablespoon of sunflower seeds and one tablespoon of sesame seeds in the following 14 days. These organic seeds are delivered whole to provide you with flexibility in how you may add them to your diet each day. We also recommend grinding flax seeds and sesame seeds for maximum nutritional benefit before consumption. Storing ground seeds over time can lose nutritional benefit which is why we prefer to deliver them whole for you.
